Our friends will commemorate their eighth anniversary. Kevin would like to give Kate a surprise vacation where they could be together. They have tried several activities like bungee jumping, sky diving, riding in cable cars, wake boarding among others. Because of this, Kevin is finding it tough to come up with an activity which they have not yet done.

Also, he knows that Kate is the adventure type of girl who is always ready and eager to try anything new. He assumed that Kate would be bored a romantic dinner or a movie together which they do regularly. But another concern that he has is that he does not have more than enough money to spend a vacation outside the country. So he is looking for a nice vacation spot near Texas where they can check out a new activity or sport.

He was urgently looking for something until he stumbled upon river rafting trips. Further investigation revealed that it was a difficult recreational activity where you are going to use a raft to navigate down a river. From the pictures he saw, he is quite sure that Kate would love it. It is a fun adventure that gives an adrenaline rush as you float down the river. It is usually accomplished in white waters where there are different degrees of rough water which makes the adventure more exciting.

Kevin found a white water rafting river in the Arkansas River near Texas. So he decided it would be their destination. When they got there, Kate was so ecstatic about white water rafting. She definitely had fun with the thrill that it accompanies. She thought it was one of the greatest adventure she had with Kevin. Kevin felt great that he was able to pull off their surprise anniversary celebration. He was just so ecstatic seeing Kate liked his surprise.
