Whether it’s cold again and time for the dreaded heating bill, or hot with the high cooling costs.  It seems that no matter if you use gas, oil or electric, prices always seem to skyrocket during the peak usage times.  One year, oil goes sky-high.  The next year propane seems to be way too expensive.  Then again propane is cost prohibitive.
